Darryn & Trish Clyne - Owner/Operators
Darryn and Trish Clyne set up The Gisborne Deli in 2004 to provide nutritious, tasty and innovative food for the people of Gisborne and visitors to the city. Darryn has been trading as Champagne Catering since 1997.
Unfortunately our Gisborne Deli business was extensively damaged during the December 07 earthquake and is currently closed. We do intend to reopen again in the near future and will keep you posted on how we are progressing.
Darryn is a qualified butcher and chef, with experience throughout NZ, Australia and further abroad. Trish has trained and worked in hospitality, tourism and business management, whilst living in Auckland, Queenstown, London, Europe, and of course, Gisborne.
Darryn and Trish wish to acknowledge their faithful, hard-working team of permanent and casual staff. Their team add character, valuable input and personality to the business profile.
