Pre-dinner Nibbles
• Vietnamese Rice Paper Rolls;
• Smoked salmon mousse on crostini;
• Roast pumpkin and feta tartlets;
• Chicken and brie wontons;
Buffet dinner
• Roasted loins of beef rubbed with garlic and herbs served with a horseradish and port jus;
• Skewers of chicken rubbed with lemon and rosemary, cooked on the BBQ,
• Home smoked salmon, mussel, prawn and orzo salad with a citrus and dill dressing;
• Minted new potatoes;
• Hot asparagus platter with hollandaise sauce;
• Caramelized Roast vegetable salad with balsamic dressing;
• Mixed salad of mesclun with pine nuts, avocado, tomato, cucumber and red onion;
• Gado-gado salad of spinach, egg, tofu, broccoli and cauliflower;
• Baskets of fresh baked breads, with butter and olive oil.
Dessert Buffet
• Baked Cheesecakes; Lemon slice; Caramel slice; Fruit platter and crème fraiche
• Coffee and Tea buffet with wedding cake.

• Whitebait fritters with lime tartare sauce;
• Selection of our best ever little sandwiches;
• Selection of crostini - including vegetarian;
• Mozzarella risotto balls with smoky tomato sauce;
• Stuffed mushrooms with fresh herb cream;
• Beef medallions wrapped in bacon;
Entrée
• Peppered Venison on salad of mesclun and crispy noodles with a roast beet and pepper salsa (vegetarian option available)
Choice of main:
• Chicken breast stuffed with chickpea, sun-dried tomatoes on a rich tomato sauce
Or
• Roasted Pork loin rubbed with Asian spice with a cider and orange zest jus.
• Meals served plated with layered creamed potatoes and buttered brocollini;
• Bowls of Mediterranean salad served to the table - mesclun greens topped with roast peppers, onions, grilled vege and tomatoes, with a zesty dressing;
Dessert Buffet
• Truffles and wedding cake, platters of fruit and South Island cheese.
